An easier for you to find the house of your dreams is to work with a real estate agency. When you work with an agency, you'll be assigned one specific agent who will help you find the perfect house for you. Because you'll be working with an agency, you'll also have backup that the other agents can provide. If something happens and your original real estate agent is unable to help you for some reason, then there will be someone in the office who can help you with your needs, especially since all your pertinent information will already be there in the office. Another benefit to using a real estate agency is that they will do more of the work of finding your house than you do. Once you give them your information, the real estate agent will be able to look at everything they have on offer and winnow out the houses that will work for you. Then they will give you all the options and you can decide from there.
